This past weekend saw the first annual National Tea Party Convention; that’s right, the far right, paranoid, racist fear mongers have their very own special event, and Sarah Palin gave the keynote speech.
It was colorful, as you can imagine.
Palin seems to thrive (and make bank) on trashing Obama with flat out lies, half truths and blatant manipulation- and the idiots in the audience couldn’t get enough.
Every time she speaks for more than 20 seconds I’m reminded of just how insane her beliefs are- and how horrific her speeches are. This latest however, held a subtle doozy towards the end, when Palin exalted a prayer for our Nation.
In short, she asked for divine intervention to protect the US from…the President.
Translation: Why hasn’t someone shot that n*gger yet?!
If you think Palin and the Tea Partiers aren’t racists who’d do a jig on Obama’s grave- you’re in denial.
The undercurrent of nearly everything they do and say, is their belief that Obama is not one of them, he and his actions are “un-American”. They’re so hell bent on believing this, they’ve tried nearly a dozen times to falsify his birth certificate.
They say he is a Muslim, as if that is a crime, which it isn’t by the way.
Obama, as far as Palin and the Tea Partiers are concerned, is a foreign terrorist who lied his way into the Oval Office and is threatening the sanctity of our country- for that, they want him dead. They advocate for it in their protests and literature with subtle yet obvious language, such as Palin’s so-called prayer for revolution and intervention.
Lots of people debate whether or not Sarah Palin is a smart woman. I think of it like this: Palin is ambitious and egotistical. Her focus is not what’s in the best interest of the country, but what is best for herself.
It’s interesting that in her weekend speech Palin remarked that the Tea Party is a bottom-up movement that does not need a king or queen above it, yet, while she says that, she has worked blindly to position herself on the throne. She is the Lady MacBeth of modern day politics.
She will stop at nothing to see the President fail, even if he is killed in the process. She has no foresight regarding the damage such an event would cause the United States, and she doesn’t care- she wants to be queen- that is her only bottom line.
